Utility talents like farsight, warding wards, disarm trap, etc. should cap out at 5 instead of 10 because they give such little benefit per level with a 10 cap, for instance farsight often goes from area size --> same area size and nobody wants to waste those points to gain such little benefit for non-combat talents. Along with the lvl 5 cap, beef up their gain per level, so that the 1st level is the current 2nd level, the 2nd level is the current 4th level, 3rd is 6th, etc.
10 points to max out non-combat talents? Ain't nobody got time for that!

Thanks for the feedback! Something we'll talk about and consider for future titles.
The game design for HoS was done following the Kickstarter and we favored a symmetrical balancing system.
Also, Episode 3 and 4 haven't been released yet, so it may be a bit early to make that call.
