The rumor is about "spice traders". But the guy is really hard to find compared to Mechanics or Smuggler. He always seems to be with Cadar or Thulun, bastard. Unfortunately, Alia does not have enough firepower to kick him out of the Palace. So if you meet him, pass this note to him: "Shawarazan pirates are looking for you. It is not healthy to stay with our enemies."
