Zhivago - yes. The changes you are likely to see are very moderate. Many of the changes were to armor you couldn't even get yet.

Holy crap - we forgot to mention Auto Buff! Under the 4 golden squares icon ... behold Auto Buff

It does get mentioned in the game's introduction, but it would be easy to miss for existing players!

Will the in game achievements be updated, or have you already reached the point limit? Not sure what the rules are regarding 'DLC' achievements.
