So there's this, shall we say, Judge, that you have the option to kill or let live. My party chose not to kill him. We got 500 XP, which is nice. But, this Judge was in a position to offer all kinds of rewards for letting him live. Guess he really is a law abiding, accept what fate brings, kind of judge who beleies doing what is right is it's own reward. I would have preferred an relic or two.
