Slide87 - you'll have to contact Google Play support. It sounds like something is jammed with your purchase of the game.

1) Make sure you are running the latest Google Play and Google Play Services. This may also require that you update Google Play Games. 2) Make sure you are signed into Google Play on the device. 3) Make sure that you have marked your Google Play Account as the primary account on the device (if you have more than one account signed into the device.) 4) Make sure that you've accepted any EULA updates from Google on play.google.com5) Make sure that the Elite edition is installed from the Google Market, not a backup or restore 6) Make sure you have a connection to Google's servers and that the Google Play Services application has the appropriate permissions to access it. 7) If you still generate an error, please send your Google Play Order Number to cory.trese@gmail.com and I will contact Google to see if they can fix the issue on their end or confirm that your device is not supported. In the case of a device that is unsupported by Google Play, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price. To do that, we will need the Order Number from Step #7 and confirmation from you that you'd like to proceed. Thanks!

I'm having the same problem, except, I have mine sent to me by a friend of mine via BT. I don't think a have compatibility issues since the Free version works just fine. Also all my Google Services and Play Store are up-to-date, I've even let my friend log his account into my phone in hopes for it to work. BTW: My friend's ST RPG Elite 5.8.13 works on him just fine.

No, he sent it to me via Bluetooth, though its also possible to send it via BitTorrent , I'm currently playing the Free version since the Elite still forces to connect to Google Play and does nothing.

ganz - I hope you can get the real version from the markets. I am not surprised that you're having issues with APKs that have been unhitched from their markets and are being traded around. If you got the Elite game without downloading it from Google Play that is basically considered piracy and the game is doing the right thing - preventing you from pirating the game.

Sigh.. Me and my friend both contributed half of the payment to buy the APP, but I do see your point, well, unless I find a way to buy from Google Play without a credit card, I guess I'll have to settle for Free in the mean time, but rest assured, once I find it, that's the first thing I'm gonna buy, I'm looking forward to it. Thanks.

ganz - sorry, I don't mean to be pointing fingers with the word piracy -- I'm just clarifying how the app feels about it It feels disconnected from the market and is trying to prevent that from happening. If the app could just be traded around like that, then it would be all over BitTorrent. Depending on the country you are in, you should look into the following app: Google Rewards play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.paidtasks&hl=enInstall this on your phone and Google will occasionally send you surveys. For answering the surveys, they put credit into your GPlay account. Yesterday, I answered a survey about my exercise habits and made $0.35. Another option is to get a Google Play pre-paid card.
