I hope I didn't misspell the debuff name. The situation was as follows. I've left combat with two of my characters having 3 turns of said debuff left. Since there was a camp nearby, I went to rest a bit, then rebuffed and went to the next fight. Much to my surprize, after making just two steps, characters that were affected by debuff before camping, lost all their AP. I double checked before fight, and triple checked after the sudden disappearance of AP, but debuff wasn't listed anywhere.

Pretty confusing report! What I was able to gather from it, I ran the debuff test suite, which covers this scenario, and it passed 100% on the latest version.
The part that is most confusing is "after making just two steps" and "characters that were affected" ... what do you mean two steps? How did you know the characters were affected? It sounds like you didn't see the effect anywhere ...? Anyway, maybe more details will help us figure out what happened and we can explain it.

Two steps means spending two AP on movement in the first round of combat. Before casting any spells. Party is Vraes/Kjartan/Kyera/Tamilin. Kyera and Kjartan had the debuff before camping. Lead with Tamilin. Won surprise roll. Moved Tamilin forward and to the side from the narow passage she was blocking. Moved Vraes forward to block the fording. Tried to move Kjartan in range of Choking Ash and he got stuck after just two steps, with zero AP. I went to re-check for debuff, but it was not listed anywhere on both characters. Moving Kyera ended the same way - 7 AP to 0 AP in just two steps.

Maybe traps, or difficult terrain in the area was causing the moves to cost more than 1AP?

anrdaemon - I double checked the debuff and it is listed correctly as a monster's curse. It will clear with a visit to a campsite or any other dispel action (Purifying Breeze). I have added this thread to #HOS-2902 which is a bug report we had in before about Burst of Speed lasting past the end of a combat and appearing even after the buff seems to be gone. We'll investigate, thanks for the report!

Maybe traps, or difficult terrain in the area was causing the moves to cost more than 1AP? It was a narrow passage through walls. All characters were walking the same path. I'll try to get back to Crag Peaks to find exact spot.

One thing to clear up the 2 step thing. I don't know about the most current version but in 3.2.7 the -AP doesn't show up on your characters until you move. In fact if they don't move they can still use 7 AP to cast spells/buffs/etc. So you don't see the missing AP until you take 2 steps, well actually 1 if you're looking. I don't know about the most current version, I don't have anyone nearby that I get cursed for the sake of science.

contributor -- Are you able to reproduce the AP display issue at all? Those features working 100% as expected on Android and iOS. I didn't check PC or Mac, but I definitely do not see what you're describing on any mobile devices under normal OS conditions.

I've managed to notice it now, when fighting in the mines. When Tamilin caught Dark of winter, her extra 2 MP were missing from display, but it was still showing 7 AP. When I attempt to move her, AP would just disappear.

Yeah, this is on 3.2.7 on Mac. Maybe it's already fixed. I'm not there anymore, so I can't do any more testing. It seemed pretty regular.
1) Get cursed 2) Get turn and show 7:X AP on cursed characters 3a) Spend 7 AP on curses or ranged attacks OR 3b) Move and get docked 5AP.

This bug has not yet been fixed, or my issue is different. I made my own thread earlier. This big is similar but not the same.
