On the talent description it says that Napalm Charge costs the weapon AP. I am using a 2 AP weapon.
Using Napalm Charge in-game is costing 3 AP, the HUD icon shows the cost as 5 AP. Also, if I try to use it with 3 AP I am told that I do not have enough action points.
