Group buffs are showing different aoe between the Requisition description and the Veteran Talent description. The following buffs all show as '+' aoe in the Requisition description and 3x3 aoe in the Veteran description:
Engineer - Fortify Position
Soldier - Calling Shots, Defensive Stand, Rallying Charge
Paladin - Inspiration, Warding Fire, Battlefield Enhancers
Hopefully the correct aoe will be the 3x3 box?

Thanks Cory Trese. Please check Commanders Confidence for the Captain as well then please. It is showing a '+' aoe in both sets of descriptions, should that be a 3x3 along with the rest? |

Ahhh, in fact there is NOT a bug in the game here.
The requisition listing is snowing the maximum AoE from the RANGE of Talent Levels granted in that Tech. If different levels in that band have different AoE, the player could notice a difference.
I can see how that would be confusing. We can shuffle around a few tech levels or nerf some Talent's AoE so we get consistency there. There really isn't a way we are going to be able to clearly display the different AoE (or damage, range, etc) of multiple levels of a Talent when it is shown in a single row. We tried display each row of the Talent, but it was really ugly.
So there will be some compromises here.

Cory Trese ok, but the talents I listed show 3x3 for all talent levels in the Veterans description? If the requisition listing is showing the maximum aoe from a range of levels for that talent, then it should also be a 3x3 aoe.

Yes, its showing the first one. All the info printed about the talent is in fact from the first one (buff, bonus, curse, max use, whatever).
We will improve for the next release by lining these levels up better.
