My engineer and hydra both have the vent manifold equiped for +15 heat but the character stat screen does not show the increase. The heat bar stays at 100 max and starts to pink as heat passes through 100. I would have expected the vent manifold to prevent pinking until the heat passed 115, or am I missing something?

Confirmed here, along with no change for the Full Vent Buff that the Neptunes use.
