Looking at the map we sometimes need to know where we can get the nearest ship for some purpose. Click the next planet over. No, that's already working on something. Click again, nope... ten planets later and there's a free planet but not enough CP ... keep going. OK, check the planet list and filter for no activity. That's nice but how how close are the planets we're seeing to the sector where we need the resource? How about the planet list for planets with activity? Well, we know they're busy doing something but we don't know what unless we go into each one. Does the Next button from there respect the filtered list? Doesn't look like it.
OK so that's the problem in general, so here's the short list of suggested resolutions. 1) Please tell us what's being built in the planet list. There's room. 2) Please allow a jump from any planet to the planet list and show the "as the crow flies" distance from the currently selected planet to each item in the list. Allow sorting by that value. 3) In the map view, add a toggle which dims or removes planets which are (a) actively building or (b) Not building. 4) In the map view, add a toggle which displays what planets are building, if anything. 5) Show CP and/or total factory level in the map list: If I need a ship within x turns it doesn't help to have to click on every planet to find out I can't get the ship for 20, 30, 40+ turns.
In short, I'm just hoping to see more information, from more convenient places, to be able to make better and faster decisions.
Thanks.

Yes, we're definitely on the same page, especially with your second thread. (I've been reading back through months of threads but obviously have missed some details...)
Thanks.
