2.On the other hand, the Small Quiet Apartment in the Fenns, despite being red, does not appear to be for sale or lease by any of the real estate agents.
However, doing comparison shopping among the agents indicates that there is a negative correlation between a) price of the property and desirability of the area. The worst areas cost more -- not invariably, but the trend is there.
