Ok, this is a weird one. First let's get some preliminary details. I am running HoS Elite v4.2.7 (from amazon) on an LG G4 with android version 6.0. My group is a boost in, lvl 17, party with Vraes, Vincent, Kyera, and Selen. Now down to buisiness, what is happening, is that ending combat is costing exactly 3 turns on my party's buffs. That is correct. There is a cool-down number of turns applied after the end of combat, and the number is based on the game's difficulty.
I have added it to our todo list to add this into game difficulty screen.
