I believe the Starport statistic for a Settlement maps directly to the services offered at that planet. The higher the score, the more services. Similar for the Spice stat.
Is this correct?
If so, I'd like to get a key to how the things map to each other.
I'm interested in a key to other stats too, but that could wait. I'm working on a spreadsheet for recording planet/settlement stats, and that will be most useful with the addition of this key.

fallenThe Banned Rep. Is that for any faction planet you have a bad rep with? For example if you have -65 Rep with Javat you won't be able to receive any services on any Javat planet until you buy a pardon? If you are very low on fuel can you buy a pardon on any Javat planet? Better be very careful not to get unpopular with more than one faction.

John Robinson - yes, that is the negative Rep threshold that once you go under it, the service will no longer be provided by any Javat world (etc).

No, that's not true as far as I know.

Well, you would be the one that would know. But in that case, what did you mean when you said that you were betting that it was really low Gov that meant that when resistor took his ill crew to the Doctors they kept being told that nobody needed the apocathary? I get that when my crew are sick but still healthier than the doctor can heal, which I assumed was resistor's problem.

I was wrong, "requires a Econ of 9 to get a Doctor's Office" statement is true.

I want to know what determines How Good the Doctor is when you get one. Why are some 150HP doctors and some 50 HP ones. Is this a function of how good the Gov rating is? or how good the Econ is? Or something else?

Maximum HP restored is Government Rating.
