Bad Shoulder: -30% Accuracy with Grenades, -2 Fortitude
Strategic: +4-6 Morale gained at start of each combat round, +2 Wisdom, +2 Tactics
Even-Tempered: -5% Critical Chance, +20% All Accuracy, +1 Resilience
Prodigy: 10% Chance of gaining +1 Tactics, +1 Command, +1 Negotiate per levelup*
Hearing Loss: -20% Dodge, -10% Parry, -1 initiative
*Gets all three or gets none each level.

Having Traits like this would be good motivation for captains to get Talents that reveal hidden traits!

Manager: Decreases probability of new recruits having traits that demand higher salaries, Charisma -1
Mentor: Increases probability of junior crew learning traits known by this character.

Sprinter: +7 Initiative on the first turn of combat, +2 Quickness I really like the idea of +init for only the first turn, but +7 is so high it would be terrifying, especially if the character who has it is a sniper. Another idea for a Sprinter trait: allow the character to move 2 slots instead of just 1 with the generic move ability in crew combat.
