Spy combat talent does not work: He just stands there and skips his turn giving the enemy a free shot. Tried it several times to make sure.

Agreed, sorry will mark as not implemented.
This requires the entire Stealth mechanic to be finished.

Agreed, sorry will mark as not implemented. This requires the entire Stealth mechanic to be finished. Errr... so Stealth in Crew Combat currently isn't fully implemented? What about the "up to 5 bonus" from the Stealth armors — are those working yet?? Btw, those armors don't really say what the bonus applies to. Is it Evade? Is Evade chance to dodge all attacks, or only Rifle/Pistol projectiles? Do Combat Medic "darts" count? Is Deflect chance to dodge Blade attacks? Need a Wiki page on this.

Yep, need a WIKI page.
Stealth Armor bonus is applied. You gain additional points of Evasion for Stealth points you can match to your armor. Those are strong dice.
Stealth in combat is the ability to go into a "Stealth mode", which enables the use of certain Talents and makes you harder to hit. It is currently not implemented, we are generally waiting for the Assassin, Sniper and Rogue Job before we dive into it too deep.
