Talk of Far Worlds -- could you arrange that it was biased to give you a not-home-faction contact? I keep finding out about more people in my house with it, and I already know lots of these people. How to get a pardon for my 10 points of bad manners towards House Thulun, that would be more useful.

Great RFE, took #3586 to look at all of our Talents that reveal new Contacts. The system is setup to allow for local Faction only, non-local Faction only, etc -- but the first implementation just set them all up to do local Faction. This ticket will be to look at all talents and fix to be correct to the Talent's intent. Clearly Far Worlds is for non-local Faction.

Also, all Contact introduction talents have been moved to a "10% + X chance" model. Goodbye 300 contacts in your list.
