 How is this supposed to work? Should he be offering both Pirates and Solidiers, or only one or the other? |

Good question grävling. After the last twitch stream, I got the sense that the contact traits and linked contacts were more to do with potential storylines/types of missions he is likely to hand out. Will be interested to hear TB's take on it. |

He recruits Soldiers.
At this point, Traits can modify behavior but they don't override pre-existing behavior. We'll see if that is in the cards in the future. For example, Traits can modify Mission Payment, ability to Pardon, cost of Permits, Ranks, Edicts. Traits can cause recruits when there weren't there before. Traits like Corrupt or Greedy can cause the Black Market option to appear.
Traits will drive specific Mission offerings. Contact links will drive specific Mission offerings.
Clearly so much more work to do here, but we'll keep working to improve! Thanks
