Found two of these puppies. The enhanced one's (not through crafting) stats read 2 AP, 12 acc, 45-136 Dmg at 9 Range: 10% SP drain. My eyes widened at the profound range on a 2 AP bow. It was immediately equipped and I am sad the report that it is a very reasonable 8 range. The unenhanced version states it is 8 range, so it at least tells the truth!

Seems like there are 5 places where this has happened, bows were granted 9 range. All the Talents have a limit of 8 range, so there isn't any way to get out to 9 (it's a minimum of Talent + Weapon).

Fixed for next by reducing ranges to 8 in these 5 cases.
