My pirates want eye-patches. 
Looking at the art, I have come to the conclusion that there are many characters who have heads and necks that are oversize for their bodies. This -- and big hair -- is making the hats hard to fit properly on the heads.
I'd like it if my crew wore their hats in the crew list, and especially in the 'select for crew combat' list. It makes finding a particular sort of fighter easier if you can assign them hats based on their roles.
