It's a very nice talent. (When entering orbit of a system, 10% + Electronics Skill chance to gather Intel Records about the local Faction). But I didn't notice that it was firing, until I saw that my cargo hold was packed with intelligence records. Can you make it a lot chattier about when it is finding things?
