It seems wrong that one of them gives you '+10% ranged accuracy' and the other gives you '-20% ranged accuracy'.

Sorry that you dislike the Talents. You are running forward and firing.

Sorry that you dislike the Talents. You are running forward and firing. I didn't say that I disliked the talents. But it wasn't clear to me that you are losing accuracy because you are running forward. I thought you were gaining accuracy, because you have moved forward, and pistols prefer short range -- so I was pretty sure that the -20 was a typo. Guess I was wrong about that ....

Again, please don't assume that criticism means we don't like it. Sometimes it just doesn't click in our head what you two have in mind...
Advancing Front Maybe it's just a misconception. My understanding is that you are not running forward, and then shooting from a closer/better vantage point; instead, you are literally shooting while running forward and presumably trying to dodge fire at the same time. Like giving yourself covering fire while advancing.
Assuming above, I don't see why this Talent would/should give damage or AP bonus if you are shooting wildly.
Swift Retort The name seems to imply that this is a counterattack of some kind, which doesn't match its described function.

I think the word we are looking for is Report not Retort.
Maybe we'll call it Swift Shot or something
