[1.2.11] CTD on Double/Triple tapping the End Turn button

If I tap the End Turn button multiple times during ship combat, I will get a CTD.

Last night, double tapping caused: Talent fired once, ships made two position moves (5 --> 3), CTD. Reload save game started combat at Range 3 with no Talents active.



This morning, triple tapping caused: Talent fired once, ships made three position moves (5 --> 2), CTD. Reload save game started combat at Range 2 with three Talents active (1 Turn duration remaining).

Yup, sounds identical. Glad you have a save game for them to look at, although this should be easily replicated.

I wasn't aware that I double tapped, but this is a thing that it is easy to do and be unaware that you have done.
