[1.2.11] Terrifying Extortion against hostile merchants

1. Typo: the Terrifying Extortion text is missing a period at the end
2. Bug: "promise of being unharmed"
So if you run into a Merchant through a Blockade operation card, they automatically start out as hostile, meaning I don't have the Leave option. This causes a problem when using Terrifying Extortion, because I actually don't have the option of leaving them alone after this. Not sure what the corrective action here should be.
Maybe a successful Extortion should automatically set enemy disposition to suspicious (-1)? That way, if you use it against a friendly target, it increases hostility (but not enough to attack you), and if you use against a hostile target, it lowers hostility.
