And here the trait is firing, though a case could be made that it would be better if we got a report that the X assertive people raised the reward by Y%. I am not sure if the trait is supposed to be cumulative, but if it is, then that is an awful lot of rep to be made for drawing one card, just because your ship is full of Assertive people. If you only get a 25% raise no matter how many you have on board, then this could be said better. And here, (also the same when you face a smuggler) the trait doesn't fire, and I think it should since this is a rep gain as well. Though, actually I think the rep gain should only happen if you fight the pirate or the smuggler. Right now the game lets you have the gain even if you run away from them, which I do, but I don't think that it is right that this works.

Thanks for the feedback! Not planning any changes to the Trait setup at this time. Fixed the text to represent the 25% bonus, not 50% bonus it was claiming to give in the game.

No. It only fires on the Rep Gain card.

Better Captitalise "Bonuses" in the trait description then -- s/bonuses/Bonuses/ and s/whenever/when/
"Commanding and convinced of own authority, increase Reputation Bonuses by 25% when on Patrol"
