Files here: www2.openend.se/~lac/ST2.2.13/local/badatlas.zipYou want Captain Zallatar. This is not my start planet -- that was Mu Cetis. But 2 of my 3 starting contacts live here, a Politician and an Intelligence Officer. I returned here to drop off a Passenger. I have one more piece of business in this quadrant, dropping off a package. I decided to check with the 2 local contacts to see if any of them had business in the zone I would be visiting next. This is after the initial 'local mission' period, so I do not expect a local mission. But, surprise, the local Politician wants some Expert Negotiating here in this quadrant! Ok, I can fit that into my schedule. So I take the mission. It looks like the above. Notice that he wants me to go to Metaluna? So let's see, do I do this first or deliver the Smuggled good? Which one is closer to this planet? Oh-oh. Cracking open the atlas, and there is no mission listed for Metaluna. oh-oh again! The map says 1 mission, and this is the second one. What is even weirder is that it says I only have 1 contact in this zone, and I can see two of them right where I am right now. The atlas gets this part correct -- it knows about the two local contacts. But Missions gets it wrong -- it only knows about the Smuggling, and not about the new Expert Negotiation mission. It shows up on the Global but not the local list. And on the Global list, there is no waypoint. If you go to Metaluna, there is no mission there, either. So, looks like I will have to cancel this thing. Some of this is due to 'expert negotiator is well and truly bugged' but getting the number of contacts wrong ought to be independent of this particular mission.

That is fixed in the current release of the game.
Thanks!
