 Is 'Medical Rating' == Doctor ? If so, we should change the components to all say Doctor. |

No, that is not Doctor. That is Medical Rating, as referred by Talents and other parts of the game.
It is NOT added to your Doctor Skill Pool, as was being discussed on another thread.
ONLY skills are added to Skill Pools
