New Zealot Capt. Primary Skills = 2 or 3?

All captains have 3 primary skills listed except for Zealot?

In Choose Profession screen:

Commander Captain had: Skills Tactics, Intimidate, Command.
Commander has been dropped from the selection list replaced with Zealot,
retaining a total of 9 captain professions to choose from.

Zealot Captain in the Choose Profession screen is the only Captain to display
2 Primary skills instead of 3 skills?

Zealot Captain has: Intimidate, Command in Skills list only,  has Tactics been dropped?
traits: Fearsome, Concentration.

Currently, Zealot is a rare job type that only focuses on 2 Skills. As intended.
