Hmmm. Could we have talents that make us perform missions in such a way that we increase the renown of the contacts that commissioned them, even more than is usually the case, and so give them _more_ influence when we are successful? (And maybe if we fail, also damage them more).
I'd also like a talent where, when you are recruiting a special crewmember from a contact, it doesn't cost the contact any (or as much) influence. The new recruit was delighted at the prospect of joining us, and didn't need any convincing.
