All these -- replace with a mission success card talents were my idea. startradersrpg.proboards.com/thread/16134/new-talent-explorer-pirate-smugglerfallen liked the idea, so these talents will be in the next release. But the cards are already in the game. Risk cards are the red ones. If you are exploring -- or spying, or patrolling, or blockading -- as part of a mission you are doing for a contact, you have to keep playing the card mini game until you get a Mission Success card. They're already there, and are the normal way to succeed at such a mission. Every hand you deal on a mission will have one (unless you run into a bug). There still is one in the game where, very rarely, you don't get one of these cards when you should. The talent will just give you 2 mission success cards instead of 1 -- you replace a red card with the second mission Success. .... or did you write 'card' when you meant 'talent'?

grävling I saw your post when it first came out. A wonderful idea you came up with! Very glad it's being added. I don't pay meaningless compliments. Your tireless efforts are bringing huge benefits to ST2. Makes me think of the badger burying the cow film you posted. That badger simply wouldn't quit! Thanks (your daily +1k has happily arrived)

yah, it's a nice benefit to be able to change the odds to 40% chance of success vs 20% (especially when the normal usage would be to knock out a risk card that you really don't want to hit...)

It once took me about 30 attempts to find a crashed spy shuttle.
The stash was lovely and full afterwards though

yah, it's a nice benefit to be able to change the odds to 40% chance of success vs 20% (especially when the normal usage would be to knock out a risk card that you really don't want to hit...) You'll potentially only get one roll at 40%, but since the Talent cooldowns are short and expeditions take a while, I am always finding these Talents popping back up if the mission is eluding me.
