That's not really a bug, but I thought I'd mention it. I played yesterday on my tablet and the UI was messed up. Only today did I realize I hadn't checked "disable display scaling on high DPI setting" in the properties of the executable after switching to the latest version of the game. Still, maybe my remarks will be of some use (comparative screenshots would be better, but taking some with the game in full-screen mode isn't easy, and I don't enjoy fighting with my tablet). This was taken in 1440x900 windowed mode on my 1920x1080 external screen: On my 1920x1200 tablet in full-screen mode without "disable display scaling on high DPI setting" checked, the bar is squeezed short and the characters in the red rectangles above are cut out. With "disable display scaling on high DPI setting" checked, that's the contrary: the bar is much longer than in the screenshot above, and the icons are very small (on my 10" tablet, mind you, and this isn't the mobile version of the game). Also, the bar will scale properly with fuel use, except at the very end. By that I mean that the small bar decreases by small fractions until there's about a quarter of an inch left, then it doesn't change even as you use fuel, until it disappears all at once when there's no fuel left at all.

Confirmed! If the game is playing below 1400px wide right now, the HUD is simply too large to fit the the center gets squeezed down.
We've got to add the same scaling restrictions to PC as have on other platforms. If played below the minimal acceptable dimensions, the game will just have to scale itself down a bit.
