Some traits give +3 Attributes and have 1 metascore. Some other traits give only +2 Attributes, yet have the same metascore.
These are the traits that only give +2 Attributes: Charmer (+2 Charisma) Inspiring (+2 Charisma) Precise (+2 Quickness) Scrappy (+2 Fortitude)
They seem a little underpowered.
Maybe they should have other small bonuses, such as Charmer gaining 5% chance to learn rumor in Spice Hall, Inspiring granting +5% Armor to the other fighters on your team in a battle, Precise gaining +5% Accuracy, and/or Scrappy gaining an additional +10% chance to survive death in battle.

I think these are still +1, we don't want to get into every trait being super complex and a metascore is going to need to have rounding in it. I'll let fallen make the call, but to me these seem totally fine.

Meta Score +1 is a wide range. It is not intended that every Trait is made equal. Though, I really like Scrappy with +5% Death Chance, added that

Having something like "Charmer (+2 Charisma, +1 Wisdom)" and "Inspiring (+2 Charisma, +1 Resilience)" would also do the trick (it would be simpler, but less original).
