Notes:
1.) I like to generate high rep and influence quickly.
This table filters the huge Wiki database to highlight Mission givers.
As I completed the table. Spies really stand out in the many contacts they
can influence by selling Intel. Great choice.
2.) Rank and Edict levels offered are not included. Self evident through contact.
3.) If offered Trade Permit is less than "4-Principle Trader", the Contact service is not listed.
In my builds, Trade is an all or nothing profession.
4.) Other Contacts can provide recruits, but don't give missions,
which is why you don't see Doctor, or Combat medic, recruits.
