Using the "Clear" button allows me to purchase any upgrade

I was looking for an A4 Weapon's Locker and the planet I was on only had up to A2. For some reason I accidentally hit the "clear" button in the upgrades screen and it showed all the way up to A4. I was able to purchase and install it.
