Confusing result message after Patrolling

Hi,

As a patrol result I got this confusing result message.  link
"-2 crew got experience during patrolling"
If I remember correctly this message type of result message was always displayed with "+ X crew" or "+ X experience".

v2.0.43 WIN10

Is this a bug?
