LOL no need for all caps there.
Known issue -- the discount is granted but not displayed up front. You have to have $950K to buy the ship, then the discount applies.
On our list to fix. Just redid dry dock, new ship is on its way.

is this also true for starport boosted discounts?
i was quoted the same price for weapons locker and torpedoes, from a boosted starport and a regular.
is the listed price the same, but then you get a discount when you buy?
on a boosted starport i see the same price as on a non-boosted starport.
