1.) My Officer stats: Initiative Range (11-21) +3 Officer also has 2 traits: Fleet Footed | +4 Initiative | +10 Damage | Tense | +3 Initiative |

If he wasn't wearing Orglich Plate armor -4 initiative would the range bonus be +7 instead of +3? 2.) If he had a gear slot with equipment that adds Initiative would it be included in the initiative range bonus? 3.) All of my officers have a different (min - max) initiative range. What causes this? Attribute + skill for example?

1. Exactly! 2. Yep, all Init bonuses are totaled (+4 +3 -4 = 3) 3. startraders.gamepedia.com/Crew_Combat_InitiativeCrew Combat Initiative = Big Dice((Quickness + Wisdom)/2)) + Initiative BonusesHope that answers the questions. Just adding an icon and a hover to the Initiative Range in the game as we speak.
