Are the existing crippling effects (ship and crew crippling effects caused as side-effects of some ship combat weapon hits) mostly fixed? I'd like to add details on them to the wiki, but don't want to do so if they're likely to change dramatically in the near future.
Also, with the existing system, do individual weapons have a maximum of two different kinds of crippling effects possible?

Also, do all crippling effects last for the same number of turns unless removed by talents? Is it 3 turns or 4 if so?

We've put this on our list to write an export down the line. They are subject to change, like all things in the game.
