I bought/upgraded a new ship at a military base, but it only had A1 lockers available. Immediately after, I got my a** totally k*** by a combat crew. I landed at a nearby starport and it only had A3 lockers. What characteristics do I need to look for to get A4 or A5 lockers? Does military rank come into the picture? Do any contacts affect this? I had military rank 5 at the place where I bought the ship, so I don't think that matters. Do any military components, like ship weapons, have starport dependencies? Is this listed somewhere?
