I found an indie world with trade law 1 today. It had the description: "Trade Law: Almost none". I would've thought 1 meant "None". Is there some plan to have goods that cannot be sold here? Or should the description be "None"?

I would guess its almost none because, while you can sell anything there, there are still laws that don't affect the captain. Like, don't sell organs or slaves.
