If you tithe someone, it gives less than it should.

Also, tithing is useless. $300 isn't worth crap in the earlygame, let alone mid to late. It needs to improve dramatically. Make it $1000 minimum, and maybe scale it to some metric ingame. Days passed? Rep with the faction?

But yeah. It looks like a bug.
