Let's take a look at the combat talents that purge debuffs for multiple characters.
Combat Medic has Flatline (In crew combat, Removes all Debuffs/Buffs; Restores entire team (10 + 0 Doctor) Morale, cost 12 init), which is by far the worst of this type of talent because if removes buff as well as debuffs.
Flatline should not remove buffs so that it can be a balanced and competitive talent.
MO has Leader in the Ranks (In crew combat, Removes all Debuffs; Restores entire team (10 + 0 Tactics) Morale, cost 12 init), which is much better than Flatline because it doesn't also purge buffs, but it restores slightly less morale due to Tactics being typically low.
Leader in the Ranks is the most bland talent being compared here. The Tactics bonus for restoring morale is negligible, because Tactics is the MO's weakest skill, and because no job has Tactics as a Primary skill, making it negligible no matter what jobs you combine a MO with. I believe Leader in the Ranks should use Command for bonus morale.
Zealot has Fervor (In crew combat, Removes all Debuffs; Buffs 3 targets with +2 Initiative for 3 Turns and Restores (10 + 0 Command) Morale, cost 6 init)
Fervor is a strong talent because cost half the init of what the other multi-character purge talents cost, and buffs the affected group with a little extra initiative. The weaknesses of this talent are that they can only be used in the first two slots (the most dangerous position in CC), and that it does not affect slot 4. Consider raising the init cost of this talent to 8 to have closer to what the init costs of other multi-purge talents.
XH has Death Haunt (In crew combat, Removes all Debuffs; Buffs 3 targets with +10% Critical for 3 Turns and Restores (30 + 0 Intimidate) Morale, cost 12 init)
Death Haunt does not affect slot 4, but is otherwise overpowered compared to Leader in the Ranks or Flatline. I suggest this talent only be usable when fighting xenos.
