Javat is a might annoyed with me right now. But that shouldn't bother the indie settlement of Aes Cen.
The left side of the display says: No spicing, no fixing your ship, as if they were Javat, who claims the planet but not the settlement.
The right side says we're fine with this.
When you arrive in the quad, they look happy.
Except for that embargo they are suffering under, but that wasn't my fault.
