This ability is reasonably strong but only works on Xeno and only from ranges 3,4,5. It currently has a cooldown of 18 weeks. While I doubt most players are running into Xeno much more than that, it doesn't seem such a strong talent that it should be restricted quite this much. Consider moving this to 9 weeks?
