This map is really hard to use for rumours in Android. You cannot click or long press on the little blue circles above the planet to get them to tell you what the rumour is. If you try you end up flying to that spot on the map which isn't what you wanted. When you are low on fuel, and want to know if that rumour means 'no fuel sold here' this mistake can cause a mutiny that gets you killed. (Grrrr.) I would like two things. The first is a way to push one little blue button -- right beside LAND and MENU in the lower right would be a good place -- and have every planet that has a rumour have a text overlay saying what the rumour is show up for as long as you press. The second is for, when the rumour means 'no gas' or 'no healing' or 'no spice', the little cyan circles to the right of the planet change to the 'refused' colour you get when a faction is really unhappy with you.

If you're having issues with the touchscreen and long pressing on the zone, then disable Map Mode Normal in options.

I don't think I am. I am not seeing any differences, at any rate.
I don't think you ever intended for people to tap or longpress on the little blue circles above a planet in order to find out what the rumour they are signalling is.
If that is supposed to be a thing, then it isn't happening here with Limited nor Normal Map mode.
The only way I know to get the information on rumours is through the rumour tab or through the atlas tab, and what I want is a way to make the information show up as a hover on the 'flying around in my spaceship' map.

Sorry, misunderstood. Yes, "add rumor name to hover on system" is on the list already.
