Hello Trese Brothers and fellow captains,
Before going to business, i'd like to say i've been playing the game for little more than a week, but it's amazing, i hadn't that much fun for ages ! And now i'm trying to put these newbie eyes to work in order to make a few suggestions, hoping they'll be of some use.
First on the Star atlas UI, while I think it's overall rather clear and practical there are two things that surprised me :
Second thing i'd like to talk is the ship upgrade system. The system itself is fine, but As a newbro i have a small gripe about it : it doesn't let you experiment. Since you have to pay for changes immediately you can't try several several configuration to see what works best for you. You need to save/reload before each modification. I think it would be better if you can do all the changes you want, and then validate/pay for it, it would help new players learn the impact of some default components on the ship. I'm well aware that change would require quite bit of the undelying code rework though, so creating a "ship simulator" might be easier and could reach the same goal.

- When you're looking for specific products you have to look at each system one by one for availability, it's a bit of a chore when you're doing lot of trading. Adding 2 filters, one on specific product, and on buy/sell would make trader's life far easier.
- Star atlas show you current quadrant info, if you want to look at neighbour quadrant (for trading opportunities for instance...), you have to go on the global map on the desired quadrant to access its Star atlas. While not terrible, it's pretty counterintuitive and i would have completely missed it if the great guys on the Discord hadn't told me about i
