There is nothing wrong with what is said but it leaves out: increases rewards when spying, exploring, salvaging and contributes to saves when you get a bad result exploring and spying. (The wiki does not mention salvaging. Does it help with bad results there too?) Also the wiki says that wisdom + navigation are used for spying and wisdom + electronics are used for exploring. I would have expected the reverse. Is the wiki mistaken?

Fact - those descriptions are not intended to include all uses of the attribute.

Same could be said for Charisma being a factor in Black Market, Patrols and Blockades and Resilience being used in Spying and Blockades.

This probably means at the template level we need an 'Introduction to the card games' tab that lets people who are building chars know which stats help which games. It's information you need to design an effective character.
