I have recently bought one and like it a lot. What are your favorite setups for this ship?

I've been having a lot of fun with setting it up as a hybrid combat carrier / heavy infighting, boarding cruiser.
[Large] Bridge Engine Cargo Hold Shielded Launch Bay Advanced Launch Bay
[Medium] Hyperwarp Drive Reinforced Barracks Shielded Officer Suites Combat Medical Clinic Deflector Array Mass Dampener
[Small] Weapons Locker Reinforced Officer Cabin Reinforced Officer Cabin Mass Dampener Reactor Spike Module Reactor Spike Module Defense Pattern Matrix Defense Pattern Matrix Sensor Array Lance Lance Torpedo Passenger Cabin (interchangeable to Prisoner Cell, extra med bay)
Opening battles consist of advancing to range 1 under fighter cover of single interdictor and sending out a flight of bomber on turn 2 with incendiary charges.
Watching your interdictor shoot down incoming missile is a very satisfying experience. The slightly lacking range change is covered by pilot talent of forward thrusters.
By the time I reach range 1 enemy crews have sustained a lot of hits. It's then boarding time to forcibly steal some intel pieces and level up my less experienced crew.
If fighting Xenos, I may hang around in range 2 depending on how things look.
This is likely to be my similar setup when I finally get that final carrier, except with extra autocannons to act as CIWS against future enemy small craft.

Haven't messed around with craft and launch bays yet. How is your fuel on that setup? I first decked out my ship as a combat monster and then discovered I couldn't go far.

Yeah fuel was the big reason why I slapped on two reactor spike modules. I should mention that I'm using a faction specific (Moklumnue) cargo hold with the biggest space. My setup holds 245 total fuel while bearing 78 jump cost.
Traveling through a gigantic quadrant full of angry factions can sometimes still be troublesome as I really, really want to have enough fuel for skip off the void talent and still cruise far enough to a nearest refueling area. If things look really grim, I may end up forcibly acquiring fuel from someone I don't want to anger with the help of diplomat's talent that reduces reputation loss.
In the end I've repaired reputation with all but one faction. On my previous character I was using a different ship than Vengeance and it didn't have any fuel problems thanks to sticking in a 2nd cargo bay, but it arguably didn't have the punch I have now with Vengeance.
Edit: typo
