Some small changes I wanted to suggest that didn't feel like they warranted their own threads
1) Micro-Launch Bay either lose its Jump Cost penalty or gain fuel storage, because trying to build a carrier with just medium components is prohibitively fuel-inefficient compared to using a large component for a launch bay.
2) Wing Tech's Recovery Pod talent should use Tactics instead of Doctor, because Wing Techs do not have Doctor skill.
3) Combat Hyperdrive looses a point in Elec instead of Nav, since it is more likely to be used by close-range builds for Pilot bonus and would therefore not have as much use for Elec, while still making use of Nav to get to close ranges.
4) The Spy's Data Haul talent increases profit with Electronics and increases Influence by Charisma, but I think it should be the other way around, with Charisma being for persuading the contact to buy at a higher price and Elec representing the Spy's ability to analyze the data to make it more useful.

1. Added some fuel storage. 2. Switched to Repair. 3. Adjusted some of them, improved small mass options.
