Buff Deflector Array and Hull Plating?

Each tier of Deflector Array or Hull plating gives about +3% Shielding but +2 Jump Cost.

The jump cost increases far out of proportion to Shielding, and the Shielding increase is so small it is barely worth it. The tier progression doesn't seem balanced to me.

Also, Hull Plating is a large component, but it gives only slightly more Shielding than Deflector Array, a Medium Component. I think the Shielding provided by the Hull Plating component line should be increased to be more ahead of Deflector Array
