Who are these people? They certainly aren't on my crew roster. Are xeno sneaking aboard and stealthily writing entries in my log, and probably surfing all kinds of unsafe sites , thus cluttering up our systems with malware?

This appears to be a minor logging defect in one of the Talent log hooks.

We will try to fix it in a future release. This is just Xeno using Talents.

Lots of people play past year 400 I see these games all the time.

Yes, enemy officers started recently taking these Talents as valuable. We'll get it scrubbed from the logs.
